Compressed air is an excellent source of safe and flexible energy. To operate efficiently the air must be clean and dry, and by installing the correct type of filter, damaging elements such as water, condensate, dirt, dust and exhaust fumes can be removed. Metal particulate, rust and pipe scale are also eliminated which can save on unnecessary downtime and product loss.
Air/oil separators eliminate the oil mist from rotary screw and rotary vane type compressors. These highly efficient separators conserve lubricating oil and eliminate air pollution. They achieve a removal efficiency of 99.97% of 0.3 micron. A low initial pressure drop of 2-3 PSI conserves energy and lowers costs.

Lube oil elements are manufactured to the same specifications as above, and are available for all leading manufacturers.
Vacuum pump filters remove all visible oil mist, even when saturated with oil. The exhaust gas may be recycled to the process or discharged into a clean work area, eliminating the need to run ductwork and pipes. The high efficiency filter cartridge continuously drains the collected liquid, allowing the user to recover expensive, inert lubricating fluid and resulting in extremely long filter cartridge life. Filters are available for the majority of flow rates.
